Engine changes
The way variables and mechanics in the game has change fundamentally to allow emergent reactions/events. (It's less linear - and more complex but mostly from a backend point of view)
NTR is no longer a switch - it's up to your actions in the game.
If you "fuck about" Nicole will too.
More natural language.
Text will change more in events based on both Nicole's and your relationship with the characters
Removed pregnancy as it takes longer than 24 hours to find out you're pregnant - even in Texas.
