Updated on July 18th 2026, what's new in version 0.15?
Version 0.15 introduces a variety of new content, including additional black male NPC scenes, five new companion events, and five new wasteland exploration events. Companions can now reward you with random items once they reach 50 relationship points, while the new Amazon enemy class and the addition of spears and antibiotics expand combat and survival options. A new infected status adds extra challenge by reducing your stats each night until cured with antibiotics, and the update also includes several minor bug fixes.
